PROJECT 01INDEPENDENT FASHION MARKETPLACE
Rackd.
An independent fashion marketplace, launched and live at rackd.world.

Overview
Rackd is a marketplace for independent fashion: streetwear, standout denim and limited releases, bought and sold worldwide. I designed and built the whole product, from the storefront, seller onboarding, listings and checkout to the internal tooling that keeps it running.
Why it exists
Independent fashion sellers are scattered across social platforms and generic marketplaces that were never designed for how these clothes are actually bought and sold: drops, archive pieces, one-off listings. Rackd is built for that world, where sellers are brands in their own right.
Approach
Design and engineering happen together, not in sequence. The product runs on a typed, full-stack TypeScript codebase with its own design language, a transactional mail service, and an operations console built alongside the storefront rather than bolted on later.
Ship early, keep the surface area small, and let real sellers and buyers shape what comes next.
Status
Launched and live. Development continues on discovery, seller tooling and operations.
